Every Intrigued by Lee candle starts as a small batch, hand-poured with intention. Custom orders let you take our Aura Signature Collection Veil, Haven, Solace, Obsidian and shape it around your event, your brand, or your gift list, in the quantity you need with a label that's entirely your own.
What we can create together
- Bulk and quantity orders across our four Aura signature scents — Veil, Haven, Solace, and Obsidian
- Available in 7 oz candles, 2.75 oz minis, wax melts, or room sprays
- Specialty labels for weddings, corporate gifting, retreats, or special events
- Mixed-scent assortments and curated sets for gifting or retail display
- Wholesale partnerships for boutiques and retailers
Custom orders are built from our existing Aura scents. We're not taking on new scent development at this time.
How it works
Fill out the inquiry form with your scent selection, quantities, vessel sizes, label details, and timeline.
Within 2–3 business days, you'll hear from us with pricing, a label proof if applicable, and an estimated production timeline.
Once details are confirmed, we'll send a secure Shopify invoice. A 50% deposit is required to begin production; the balance is due before shipping or pickup.
Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks depending on quantity. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Payment terms
- 50% deposit due upon order confirmation. Production begins once received
- Remaining 50% due no later than two weeks before your event date
- Full payment is required for wholesale/custom orders regardless of quantity changes after confirmation. Custom-made goods cannot be resold or repurposed
Good to know
- Minimum order for specialty/custom labels: 24 units
- Minimum order for wholesale or bulk standard labels: 12 units
- Label proofs provided for approval before production begins
- Rush production (under 2 weeks) may incur an additional fee
- Custom orders are final sale once production begins
