Most orders are poured within 2–4 business days of purchase. Candles then need to cure (rest so the fragrance fully binds to the wax) for 3–7 days before we ship, depending on the size and scent. This is the trade-off for freshness, and we promise it's worth the wait.

No, that's a natural characteristic of soy wax responding to temperature changes in transit, not a defect. It won't affect scent throw or burn quality. If the vessel itself is cracked or the wax is visibly separated from the glass, that's different; contact us with a photo and we'll sort it.
